Day fifty-seven: mellow yet colorful

Today was my last full day in El Paso for this year. It involved snuggling with my mom, a wonderful lunch at my favorite place to get chile con queso, a nap, some errands, The Muppets movie, and time with family and my tia. We rounded out the evening with some wine and catching up.

I just spent the day soaking up moments and tucking them away for later on.

This photo kind of exemplifies my week: mellow yet colorful and well-spent. I feel so very fortunate.
