Potato Mania

We only do the process of making mashed potatoes once a year for Thanksgiving, so we make a lot, and then use them for a variety of dishes for about a week afterward (plus the portion that gets frozen for later, later use). Anyway, here are the spuds waiting for their journey to deliciousness.
