Scratched Cornea

It was another gorgeous day here in Eastern Pennsylvania so we went out for a drive to look for a good blip. Now, we knew that there were farms in our area but we really had no idea there were so many. We drove on some pretty rural roads and there was farm after farm.

Unfortunately while I was photographing this particular barn I think I scratched the cornea in my right eye. A piece of my camera neck strap was the culprit. I had no idea if any of my photos were going to come out since it was my right eye I couldn't see clearly in the view finder. I had to trust in the auto focusing of my camera to take a good picture. I added a slight illustrator effect to this.

Once we got home I laid down to rest my eye. My vision has improved (although not 100%) but my eye still feels very irritated. Does anyone have any advise for me?
