The times they are a-changin'

These are new shoes. I bought them to wear at a wedding at the end of the month, but decided to wear them tonight for a trial run.

Tonight I took my estranged husband out for a meal to celebrate his 50th birthday. It was a sort of 'last supper' as we have decided to divorce.

A poignant evening.

Lots of changes ahead...but nice shoes to help me through the journey!
