Brilliant Thankgivings at Castle Terrace tonight - eight course tasting menu, with my highlight the hake and cod. Went something like
Carrot and cumin amuse-bush, halibut, scallop, ox and spelt, partridge, hake, pork, souffle. One of the best meal's I've ever had. That will live long in the memory.
