Experiments 8 - Candlelight

The experiment I was thinking for today didn't work. Never mind! This was a sort of back up in case this happened. But I'll try again, I don't give up! For this shot I used the manual settings again and my aim was to capture the beauty, mystery and warmth of the candle light.

Not a great day today in general. When I walked to work, the weather was awful with strong cold winds and rain. I managed to break my umbrella in quite a spectacular and embarrassing way and it ended unceremoniously in the nearest bin. I went to Boots and bought another umbrella for the rest of my journey. If I put together all the money I've spent on brollies in this country I would be a millionaire!!

Work was busy and I spent most of my day coughing up my lungs. Ended up with a headache, which was the result of so much coughing and blowing my nose. I took some ibuprofen when I got home, which seems to start doing something now.

Not much more of interest to report. I just hope I have a better day tomorrow, which is a lot to hope considering it's a Saturday, I'm working, and Saturdays are the busiest days of the week. Let's see what happens.
