Daisy & Rosie

A quick blip in the continuing series "What we did at Guides tonight".

This is Daisy (the red head) and Rosie(the small one) and tonight they had a cake stall to raise money for a local charity White Lodge. Our Unit Guider Cindy works there and if you click on the link you will find out more about what the Charity does.

I'm very proud of Daisy and Rosie as they worked really hard making loads of cakes and sweets to sell to the Guides. As you can see they were all beautifully presented and they raised £59.

We taught the Guides the game Oranges and Lemons. Remember that?! Apart from the cakes and sweets a lot of marshmallows and chocolate were consumed and they all seemed to have a good evening.


Must go now, I must finish my packing as I'm off to Gibraltar in the morning. Hoping to get back Wednesday, strike permitting.
