king of the jungle

went to the zoo with leah and brian today. busier than we expected but not terrible.

lots of good photos, hilarious conversations overheard, and of course, brian's favorite: animals pooping.

had a hard time choosing between this guy (who did some roaring earlier) and baboon glares.

then the bike shop, then home to eat a plate of tasty leftovers. i think the sweet potatoes get better with age. so good.

now, to read some new yorker and catch up on comments tonight.
