Christmas tree and turnip lantern procession

In our city there is a tradition that the children are doing turnip lanterns and walk behind Santa Claus and after driving fire engine with flashing lights on - to the town's Christmas tree where Santa turns the tree.
There is a competition for best turnip lanterns and both of my kids won this year so it was proud children I got home.
