Stuc a' Chroin - first snowfall
After a violent storm this morning the sky cleared to reveal Stuc a'Chroin covered in a light fall of snow.
While its not enough to send people rushing for their skis it is enough to send a warning that winter is now on its way.
Stuc a'Chroin, is a Munro ( Scottish mountains over 3,000ft) and it gets its name from a Celtic god whose seat is was.
We see this from our kitchen window - with the aid of zoom lenses.
