Kestrel

I think this is a Kestrel, hovering for a tasty snack in a field beside the road this morning. I took quite a few shots before I spotted headlights in the rear view mirror but his was the best. I am having to leave 10 minutes earlier in the mornings to take account of my frequent delays!

Had a great day and got the Christmas Fayre table sorted with P7 for our stint at the village hall next weekend - I just need to but the tat for the prizes. The kids are so excited and are ready to extort as much as they can from the locals!

Today my mum is 83 and I am not with her :( but I drive through tomorrow and take them out for a surprise lunch. Can't wait!!
