Discovered there had been a "mix-up" & I was still to be referred. A small threat to GP and 2 hours later a call saying that I had been referred by phone as an urgent. It shouldn't have to be this way.

Apart from that, and resulting high blood pressure, pleasant cuppa with friend, finally meeting middleman, pleasant walk around a hill, and some past paper. Glutton I am.

Seems that the barriers have not stopped the higher walls succumbing. Quite like this spot on the dog walk.
