Louth has the most fabulous award winning cheese shop called......wait for it......
The Cheese Shop!
Not only do they sell a vast variety of cheese from almost everywhere they keep it beautifully. Their Delice de Bourgogne is like eating butter and their Dulce de Gorgonzola is to die for!
Last weekend we had visitors who went to the cheese shop to buy cheese. They were so impressed they bought loads of delicious cheeses.
So I forgot about this bit of cheese I bought last week and it grew the most beautiful fine mold. Just had to blip it!
