Pain relief

Stuck indoors today with a real sore foot waiting for a new Super Hub from Virgin Media, cut a long story short it never turned up!! Lots of calls and arguments but still nothing arrived. To top it all off I could not leave the house until work time in case they turned up. I was in a lot of pain and on the way to work it was time to call into Sainsburys to pick up some relief!! Ahh it was needed!!
