Scotchland the wool over

So, Gang Show was excellent last night. I entered the scaffold-clad Kings Theatre with low expectations after a pretty poor 2010 offering, the usually redeeming pithy local humour missing from the skits. However, every scene (except the 'singing about God' one near the end of act 2) had consistently high quality vocalists and a goodly dose of humour. Pandamonium, a musical skit about the forthcoming arrival of Pandas at Edinburgh Zoo, had some laugh-out-loud moments from the Panda characters, Peewee and Weewee.

Felt unusually refreshed when I awoke this morn', catboy seems to have given-up for the moment. I'm taking nothing for granted though, he'll be plotting his next attack in some dark corner.
