I started a strange diet today.
My boss started it 7 days ago and has lost 7.5 pounds.
I say it is strange because of the foods you eat. Each day is different but today I had:
Meal 1-hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, frozen yogurt. As much as you want but don't feel full.
Meal 2-cashews, deli roast beef (I don't like deli meat-too salty-so I had home made roast beef). Again...as much as you want.....
Meal 3-tuna plate, bacon strips (tuna can have mayo, onions, lettuce and tomatoes)
Meal 4-turkey slices, grapes, peanuts...all you want.
No eating after 8 pm-No eating anything other than these items.
Tomorrow 3 of my meals are fruit only and 1 meal is a sandwich.
I thought I'd just try it for awhile. They say you will lose 9 pounds in 11 days.
