Challah

The hubby and I have vacation this week and today we baked for Thanksgiving. It is tradition that we host Thanksgiving at our house. We made homemade apple sauce, 2 pumpkin rolls, 2 Apple crumb pies, and 1 pumpkin custard. The last thing I baked was Challah. My husband loves Challah and used to buy it at the Farmer's Market early in our marriage. After we bought our first bread machine I found a recipe for Challah. I started making and have made it for about 16 years. I have to say I think tonight's Challah turned out the best.
