hot and cold all over

housekeeping wanted into the room, i wanted lunch, we both wanted fresh air and sunshine, so a wander over to navy pier - a funfair cheesefest that reminded me of whitley bay, only with decent weather and fewer arcades - it was. nice lunch, decent frozen lemon-lime margarita, yum! then after cooling the insides we toasted our outsides, getting hot and grimy thanks to the 95F temp and the breeze swirling the dust up. stopped off here for some brief (*grin*) shopping, then a cold shower and an expedition in search of real chicago pizza (muchos yum). all just how a holiday should be!
