Country in the city

Ooh, I say. Spent the day at the Country Living Fair in the weeg. Lots of yahs selling their waxy jackets and boots, a lot of knitting and many betweeded ladies.

What I liked was the food section where I pretended to mull over deciding whether to buy chocolate, vanilla or whisky fudge, where my real agenda was to stuff myself with as many free samples as possible.

Then it was off to the King's to watch the Pantheon Club's Beauty and the Beast. Hard to believe it was performed by people with full time jobs; it was slicketty-slick.
