Helm Crag Grasmere

Set off to do an Assessment in a Kendal School at 6.50 this morning...

The weather was dark, rainy and windy...no wonderful shots of the mist rising on Rydal Water today!

A short walk by the River Kent in Kendal this afternoon...but I didn't spot any otters!

On the way home, I stopped the car in a layby in Grasmere and took this blip of Helm Crag ( The Lion and the Lamb ). I was pleased with it as it was getting quite dark!

Yesterday's 'Skiddaw from Isel Bridge' hit the Spotlight. Thanks! It inspired several city blippers to think about taking a sicky and head for The Lakes! Although I don't suppose anyone did!
