Green

Like today - wet and cold and green all over. Too wet to go out, so as foreshadowed yesterday...

This is just a bit of my moderately extensive accumulation of green stuff - the see-through category today (plenty more where that came from, so watch out!).

For those who like provenance (L to R):
Fan - inherited from Mr D's mother.
Tupperware dish - left behind by the former Mr D.
Slag glass dish - bought at auction ($20).
Bakelite egg cup - one of a set that featured in childhood breakfasts.
"Genuine lime green art deco candlestick" (one of a pair) - wedding present.
Bakelite topped S & P shakers - same auction ($64 - went a bit crazy that day).
Vase - given to me by Sara when she moved to Byron Bay.
Carafe - inherited from Mr D's mum.
Plastic wine glass - bought in Queensland for a memorable, 10-day, bring-your-own-water-and-everything-else camping trip on a barrier reef island, just after (finally!) finishing university in 2003.
Pyrex casserole dish - jumble sale ($2).
