The colour red

The reason for many properties going red in christchurch is quite obvious in this photo.Gayhurst road and gayhurst bridge.Before the quakes ,they were almost level.I'ts dropped 2 metres,thats the top of a suzuki swift at the bottom there.You get some idea where all the liquification came from.Don't know how it did it,but it definitely oozed .
Imagine, a "Bullit" car chase going over that,wow.
