Watching the sun go down
Days here in Luxor are timeless...very few even wear a watch.
People here are not controlled by time, everything is relaxed and paced by the days events. Living life and enjoying your life is equally; if not more important than anything. Daily, people here are thankful for good health, family and food.
It is something I felt on my first visit here and it changed my way of thinking immediately. I had so much to learn from the people here and the way the approached and led their lives.
What better way to end the day, than to sit and ponder as the sun set's over the Qorna Mountain? Some things are still as they were, when the Pharaohs reigned in Egypt.
