Beer...!

I went for a walk in the Chilterns today and this is a pint of "Chiltern Ale" (very nice) - sat outside a pub near Beaconsfield called the "Royal Standard of England" which claims to be the oldest pub in the country with a history going back over 900 years.

I was out training (walking not drinking!) for next week when I tackle the 190 mile Coast to Coast walk to raise money for Breast Cancer Care. I hope to blip some photos from the walk (technology allowing). Please take a minute to visit my just giving page: www.justgiving.com/Martin-Scales/
