Changing of the guard?

I'm in Oslo on business ... walked from the station to the hotel and passed through the park that surrounds the Slottet (Royal Palace) just as it was getting dark and was lucky to see some sort of changing of the guard. Unlike Buckingham Palace in London, there are no fences here and folk can walk right up to the palace ... even visiting Scots with cameras :-)

Interestingly, the train from the airport to the city centre took approximately the same time as the walk from the station to the hotel which was also approximately the same time it took to check in ...
