The Mists Persists
In spite of the forecasters saying the mists would clear away I can confirm that they were wrong!
I think a few of us have a favourite blip tree. This is mine and I admire it almost every day whenever we pass on the afternoon walk. Each season, even each day it looks different and today it stands against a backdrop of more distant trees which are shrouded in mist.
Today has been one of preparation for the annual visit of North Country Theatre tomorrow. The table is set, the pork pies bought and the apple pie made. Tomorrow I will be hard pressed to find time to blip but I will do my best. Oxfam in the morning and then down to the village hall to turn it into our very own theatre for the day. The crew arrive in the afternoon and set up the stage and 'technicals' ready for an evening performance.
Time is tight but tonight, my only free evening, I am going to the local cinema to see 'The Help'. I read the book a year ago and found it a very special story. I have high hopes for the film.
