Horseshoe Falls

Had to stay in today in order to take delivery of our new fridge freezer - so I was to stay in the morning and Bob in the afternoon. So I got down to a big pile of ironing, to make the wait worthwhile. They came mid-morning, so after a very early lunch I headed up the glen for an hour. Took this of the Horseshoe Falls; more water there than I have ever seen, and the peat on the bottom is stirred up, so quite brown looking. Lovely day, sunny with no wind, but a bit of a bite of cold. Very pleasant walking .....and now I will load up the new fridge freezer. AGM of our walking club tonight, so an early dinner for us.
