Best Cupcakes in the world!!

My friend has taken to making lots of cakes. She is even in the process of making her own Wedding cake.
She is fab at it. These cakes were all creamy and yum with jam in the middle and she even found the time to make them for Hannah's 9th Birthday, even though she's getting married on Friday and has LOADS to do!
