A quick side of the road blip, no time for much else today.
Had a super duper lovely weekend, but it left me completely knackered, and with the knackeredness came my first proper low day yesterday. Luckily I had good friends rallying round bearing biscuits to cheer me up, except I have no appetite at all at the moment so I just sniffed them and admired their pretty packaging instead!!

When I first mentioned what's going on, I said that my journal wouldn't become all about 'that' but I can't quite see how it can't when it's taking over so much of my life. I'm wondering whether it's a good idea to carry on blipping or if I should take early retirement and maybe come back when this is all over. I think I'll just see how it goes. I have some serious catching up to do, some serious thanks to give and some congratulations (logged on this morning and loads of blipday notifications from the weekend!!).

I have another trip to the hospital to look forward to today. I'm meeting my chemo team, apparantly the doctor who is going to be taking me through this stage is a fine looking specimen. Every cloud has a silver lining and all that !! ;)
