Out of School

for Thanksgiving week so Grands A & E were here with us today while mom and dad put in a shorter day at work. They picked the kiddos up around 3:30 and we all headed to the airport...in the wind and rain. Their family is headed to sunny CA for a Thanksgiving celebration with our son-in-law's family. We will miss them for sure but know they will come back with some exciting stories of their time there. Look closely at Grand A and of course you can see her trusted pal Uni tucked into her lap...and Uni needed a bit of sewing today to resecure her tail.

While the family is gone, we are bird sitting Apollo, who I know is missing his little family.
