I did manage to muster up the energy to repeat last night's dinner: Marylee's Greek scampi recipe. I finally tried it out the recipe yesterday. It turned out beautifully we decided to eat it again tonight. Delish! Marylee, is John Van de Graaff's lovely wife (and fabulous cook).
