Interesting lighting

My wife and I spent much of today with her brother who had just been admitted to hospital for treatment that he finds quite frightening. He and I often speak about photo opportunities so he sent me to the main restaurant to buy him some drinks, saying I might see some interesting opportunities.

The restaurant is in the old part of the hospital which I guess is as it was 100 years ago and the ceiling height must be 20 feet plus. This is one of the hanging lighting clusters. I like to think it is original.
