Wellies

backblip

Ermmm tuesday tuesday tuesday ... what happened let me try and remember...
I had school, obviously... then rehearsals afterwards. Which were, okay I think although we'd planned on doing a recording but then couldn't because the person we were doing it for couldn't make it or something.

Sorry I really can't remember any more. I took this photo at the flat again, i've taken to wearing wellies on the walks now as I really hate when the bottom of your jeans get wet. And seeing as a lot of the walk involves walking/running round the field which has long grass, wet jeans are a bit inevitable.

I REMEMBER NOW;
It was deep learning day. Basically a day off timetable and each year group is assigned a subject and they do that subject for the whole day. However with the sixth form it is slightly different. We often have workshops and things, and this time was another 'business' related topic. We had to create a travel agent company and plan all the finances and stuff.

I arrived in slightly late because I had a flute and piano lesson, but slotted into one of the groups and caught up fairly well. Our whole company and presentation actually went really well and out of the few in our 'presentation' group I think we came out on top.

However the day wasn't without it's issues. Around 50 people from my year group decided to not come in, and rather to take the day to do personal work. Which personally I think would be a much more valuable use of our precious time. Especially for those, like myself, who find ourselves limited in time as it is. Saying that though, all the people that didn't come in are now complaining at the fact they are being punished and made to do the work that they missed. Some are really not pleased, and although I feel that changes ought to be made, rebellion clearly wasn't the answer in this case.
