Fog seems to be finally lifting.

Been a bit hectic last week and unfortunately managed to miss an orthopaedics appointment to start sorting my wrists out which are causing me problems in daily life at the moment. They gave me a verbal appointment which dutifully got put in my diary there and then. However they managed to change the appointment to a different day and time and although sent me a letter I just didn't check it thoroughly to see what they had done. I just assumed it was a confirmation of what I had agreed to over the phone, now for another few weeks wait for the next appointment. Will check the next letter more thoroughly next time.

Had hoped to get up to Kendal for the Mountain and Film Festival but too painful to drive that far.
