Simplicity!!

Still feeling a little rough round the edges goodness knows what i'd be like if i drank, the smile is still there!! Bit like this flower rough and bright if you can be.

Skived off a run this morning, I got there saw my friend in the car park she looked rougher than me, I said oh dear i think you need a coffee so that was it 2 hours later we walked out gym bags untouched in hands. Well you have to have a day off now and again don't you??

I have to share this, anyone needing a smile saw this on Fri on Children In Need and one can't get it out of my head and two when i do just makes me smile!!!
