when I was a child, my grandmother would send biscuit and cakes that were made for Christmas, to us from Berlin, where she was living at the time. That made Christmas a happy time. And so though my grandmother is no longer with us, I still have a few of the cakes, she would send us, at Christmas, in memory of her. This is one of them, albeit not from Berlin :-)
