How stupid are people

Away to Londonshire for 4 days. Two hour delay on the flight this morning, fog in Londonshire.

Security was pretty busy this morning. Ended up going the scenic route due to the volume. Seen this holographic/projected lady for the first time. She stands and tells you to get liquids out, laptops, take off your jackets, belts etc. that is along with all of the signs everywhere etc etc. All very clear and helpful. You would think. But for some people that obviously isn't clear enough. Either that or they are so special they don't think it applied to them. Then they huff and moan when they are pulled aside by the already stretched security folks.

Can't make my mind up if they are idiots or just ignorant.

Oh and whilst I am in ranting mode. Why tell us to go to the gate when we have two hours until take off? Oh then proceed not to announce it to anyone (I know because I checked a bag) and have everyone go up one by one to ask the same question and be told the same answer, almost word for word.
