Gai lan
I've wanted to cook gai lan (also called Chinese kale or Chinese broccoli) for ages. I bought some at the Newtown market yesterday and finally cooked it tonight. Very good with Kylie Kwong's oyster sauce on top.
That's leftover potato and pea curry from Madhur Jaffrey's 'Curry Easy' underneath.
