A walk in the forest

Another birdwatching trip today, this time to Chew Valley lake to see a sharp-tailed sandpiper. To say the views were poor would be an understatement, but it was great to bump into old friends from Bristol among the hordes on Herriott's Bridge.

Afterwards S and I went for a walk on Stock Hill on top of the Mendips
