Time to make the Christmas Cake

I love Sundays. Enjoyed a lie in this am outside looked like it was going to be a grey day.Decided to make the Christmas cake and fill the house with smells of baking and Christmas spices.
Think i have over done it on the amounts and fear i will be making 3 cakes!!!!
Sally has been about the kitchen all morning and on hand to lick up any spilt ingredients.
Now off to take her for a walk before it gets dark.x
