Prickend Pond, Chislehurst, Kent

First thing this morning it was really misty so I hopped along to the pond which I've previously blipped and grabbed a few shots. Thankfully the mist cleared and its been a beautiful sunny day.

Knee isn't any better so I've now taped my magnetic braclet to the most painful part and its improving a bit, I can walk again albeit it slowly and it hurts but I think a few days of the braclet taped to my knee it will be ok.
