Sunshine from Leith

There is a spot on Newhaven Road, just off Bonnington Bridge, where you can see Arthur's Seat, the Crags, and Calton Hill all together. Today the light in the south made this an outstanding view.

In other news, fiddling around with the camera settings resulted in me finding a new toy to play with. The latest software update on the device has resulted in my having a panorama function. It will come into its own when we go on holiday but it was fun to play with.

Nice gathering of my research team 'clan' last night. Everyone brought a bit of food as a result of which we have outstanding brownies and similar to eat up.
