Back in Tokyo

This is Day 3 after my hernia surgery and I am off painkillers and walking more. Still swollen and stiff, but actually quite a fast recovery, so am very pleased! I will be able to return to my exercise and training program soon!

I took this photo of my fiance today using my wonderful Pentax Q camera. She is an amazing person, my fiance :)
