This mornings breakfast:

Chorizo
Asparagus
Red Onion
Mushrooms
Mixed Herbs

Chop the above and then saute all together.
Break and season eggs in a bowl and mix with the sauteed ingredients and then scramble.
Serve on top of a bed of wilted watercress and multi seeded bread. With fresh vine cherry tomatoes on the side.
