White Buffalo

After work I came home and made this from whatever we had in our fridge and pantry - sauteed chard, bok choy, tomatoes, pancetta, chick peas, and garlic all topped with a farm fresh fried egg on a bed of quinoa - and I used some homemade chicken stock to boot!

Afterward we went to see White Buffalo at the Tractor Tavern. It was the first time I'd ever seen him and been to the tractor - it was a great venue and a great show. We were about 5 feet from him, right next to the stage. Couldn't have asked for better seats. I had a wee bit too much to drink so the events after the show were a bit foggy. I'm getting too old to be partying this much.....but it's not everyday I get to see one of C's fave singers and hang with her and J together.
