She Wouldn't Do It

Mom was in a playful mood.

When I dropped by to tell her my intention was to take some photos she got all flustered.

"You need to call me!  I don't have any make-up on and I need to comb my hair!"

"You look great.  Run a comb through your hair if you'd like...but I want you to put on these monkey earmuffs."

Whoa!  That was a conversation stopper.  No way was that going to happen.  But she got silly anyway.

So here she is, sans make up (and sans monkey earmuffs), as beautiful as ever.  She'll never lose her wonderful sense of  joy.

Maybe the monkey earmuffs will make an appearance tomorrow...
