Bark.... Bloody Bark !

I had planned on working in the garden today, the stupid heat and high winds put me off.....

This gum tree is right in front of our house and it's annual shedding of it's bark is in full swing.... the previously mentioned high winds has helped and the garden now looks like a bomb site!

Rolled pork fillet ( rolled in bacon and stuffed with garlic and porcini mushrooms ) for dinner tonight and some nice Somerset Still Cider ( from Orange) for drinks tonight! The garden can keep till next weekend!
