What a wonderful day - plenty of sunshine...a little hot, but it was beautiful! I woke up early and ventured out to the local market to pick up some items for a cookout w/ the parents. Made salmon burgers, asparagus, zucchini, brown rice, corn...and steak fries for my father, hes a french fry addict!

I ended up getting him a digital camera as a gift...he said he didn?t want anything expensive and I knew if it was over $150 he would have made me return it...ended up a Fuji FinePix...nice little 8.2MP. I was impressed w/ it, the picture quality. He loved it!

I made it out to the rose garden again...since it was close to the market ;) It was packed!! As I was taking rose shots, my eyes came across this family...they were taking pictures - a lot of them! Little kid kept trying to get his parents and grandparents to say cheese...yeah, nobody did ;) Had to take a shot of them, the conversation cracked me up! And I loved the mom's dress...very colorful!
