Glistening Inkcap

Spotted this nice little cluster of fungi today while we were out for a walk round Nicky Nook near Scorton.

They were growing on a rotting piece of wood. From my research they appear to be Coprinellus micaceus or Glistening Inkcap. Quite small, said to be 20-40mm across the cap and 50-100mm high.

Lovely day today, nice walking in the sun.
