Ionic in Leith

For reasons that I'd prefer to forget, we found ourselves in Leith on a Saturday evening. Something to do with geese of the wild variety. As that particular goose was not to be found, food therapy was in order.

There is such a profusion of places to eat there now, though it was sad to see that Skippers, one of the first new restaurants in the port, appeared to be closed. We chose La Garrigue Bistro and were not disappointed. I reckon I'm a bit of a creme brulee afficionado* but the rosemary brulee was superb.

A camera was of course to hand, and this line of columns caught my eye.

* Did I really say that? In Leith too.
